Can I return my sunglasses or prescription glasses if I dont like them?
Yes.You have 15 days from when you receive your order. If you don't like them, get in touch with us as soon as posible and we will give you instructions on how to proceed with the return. You have to take into account that the product can only be returned if it is intact, can be used for subsequent sale and is returned as you have received it. Once verified that everything is OK, we will automatically refund, in the same way that paid, the amount of glasses, less € 5,50 for concepts of management, handling and shipping expenses. In all cases, you are responsable for cost of returning the glasses.
And if I want to change the model?
There is no problem. Contact us and we will offer you assistance for the change. Remember that you you must pay the shipping costs for the new product also.
And if I receive the wrong glasses?
In that case, do not worry. We collect the glasses and replace them free of charge for you.
Can I return or change contact lenses?
They may only be returned in the event that the box has not been opened. If you've opened the box and you've realized that you have ordered the wrong lenses you use get in touch with us, we will see how to help you.
